Jean Neely has proposed that PVAS initiate a Birding Trail for the area, similar to what can be had for a variety of other areas, especially the coastal states.
We will be looking for your ideas on the best spots to include on this potential birding trail guide for the Jefferson-Berkeley-Morgan-Washington area.
So, please jump in with your comments and suggestions.

Great. This will work really well, I think.
Of course, Stauffer's Marsh gets my first vote.
I want to add a personal favorite, Shannondale Springs Wildlife Management Area, a scenic and birdy area
I want to suggest a few other obvious choices: Bloomery and John Rissler roads along the Shenandoah River, Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area and Altona Marsh.
